Rangitane House Refurbishment

The Blenheim Post Office building was opened in 1974. Since that time, the six storied building has been home to many different enterprises from Government departments to Real Estate offices, Architects, Consultants, and many others. The Building is now in ownership of the Rangitane Iwi and is currently undergoing a major refurbishment.

Construction Coatings Limited has been awarded the painting contracts for both the interior and exterior of the building to the extent that the contracts specifies. It is a major undertaking using multiple quality Resene products to the exterior, and imported specialist Zolotone finishes to the main public areas to the interior.
