Construction Coatings have completed a number of residential projects ranging from painting through to refurbishment of residential decking. 

In 2005 Construction Coatings established a painting division specifically for residential painting projects. 

In areas such as Nelson where there is extensive residential decking Construction Coatings can recoat the waterproofing on decks to ensure the maintenance and long term quality of decking.
