There are about 80 Bella Vista Motels in New Zealand.  They have all been built to a common plan with individual treatments to cater for individual sites.  After some years of use, the original waterproofing membrane to the decks was showing some damage and wear.

Construction Coatings Nelson Ltd had previously provided a solution to this problem using Nuplex Elastodeck 5000 Traffickable Membrane.  The membrane is liquid applied and overseeded with aggregate.  The price was accepted and our trusty crew of Wayne, Adam and Robert prepared and repaired the areas to our customers satisfaction.

We have also completed the same process on various other Bella Vista motels in the top of the South Island.
